McKesson Choice Rewards is a new rewards program from McKesson Medical-Surgical.
• Once enrolled, you will be able to choose the deals that are right for you. Choose your deals by engaging
in product and/or activity-based promotions.
• Earned points can be used as a rebate credit towards future purchases. Points can be applied during your checkout process within McKesson SupplyManager℠.
Customers in our Primary Care and Extended Care markets are both eligible for the program, but there are exceptions. Please note: You must be a McKesson Medical-Surgical customer with an active SupplyManager login to participate. Customer eligibility requirements as outlined in McKesson Choice
Rewards Terms and Conditions apply
The McKesson Choice Rewards program will be hosted on the enhanced SupplyManager platform.
If you are eligible, you will see an ad on your SupplyManager homepage inviting you to enroll in the program.
Customers must enroll themselves in Mckesson Choice Rewards by logging into their SupplyManager
homepage to complete enrollment and accept all applicable Terms and Conditions.
• Access your dashboard by clicking the McKesson Choice Rewards banner displayed on your
SupplyManager homepage.
• View available points and promotions associated with your account.
• Your earned and redeemed reporting can be accessed under “Rewards Points Activity”.
• You can view and download your rewards points, recent activities and your previously earned
and redeemed transaction details from your enhanced SupplyManager dashboard.
• You can also easily export an extended view of your rewards points activity within the same section.
If you do not see the McKesson Choice Rewards banner on your SupplyManager homepage, you may be ineligible to participate in the program. Please reach out to your McKesson Medical-Surgical
Account Manager with any additional questions regarding your program eligibility.
You can apply your available points balance during your check out process by selecting the
“Redeem Points” box when completing your order within SupplyManager.
Each point is valued at one cent. Point conversions will be visible throughout the McKesson Choice Rewards
experience on SupplyManager
• Points earned for product purchases will be added to your available balance once the product has
been invoiced and shipped.
• Points earned for completing activities will be added to your balance within 24 to 48 hours following
the completion of the activity.
• Points do not expire. After 13 months, your unredeemed points will automatically be applied
as a credit on the Bill-To account (“auto-redeemed”).
• To apply to an open invoice, please contact your Accounts Receivable contact, or your McKesson
Medical-Surgical Account Manager.
Yes. Promotional Points will be awarded based on your eligible promotions, regardless of how
your order was placed.

Customers must be enrolled in the McKesson Choice Rewards Program (“Participating Customers”) to qualify. Customer exclusions may apply and savings may vary.
Savings through the McKesson Choice Rewards are reductions in price for items purchased and will be held with the ordering Ship-To account for redemption on future purchases. Points not redeemed within 12 months of earning will be Auto Redeemed per the Terms and Conditions. Exceptions and exclusions may apply. See McKesson Choice Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Products and promotions may be subject to change or substitution by McKesson Medical-Surgical at any time. Promotional period is listed under each offer and purchases must be made during the promotional period to qualify for savings.
The customer statement and corresponding invoices should be used to determine actual savings and to aid in the calculation of the true net cost/discount for any products purchased through this program. Refer to promotion dates on the customer statement to determine which invoice to use in the calculation. Participating Customers can view statements by logging-in to SupplyManagerSM.
Federal regulations require that Participating Customers properly disclose reductions in price and discounts in the costs claimed or charged under federal healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid). Participating Customers are hereby advised that they may be obligated to disclose the amount of any discounts, rebates or other price reductions fully and accurately in cost reports or claims for reimbursement by the Participating Customer to Medicare, Medicaid or other healthcare programs requiring such disclosure.
This notice and any similar notice are to be retained by the Participating Customer to be made available upon request to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”), the Secretary’s designee, or requesting state healthcare program.
Please note: You must be a McKesson customer with an active SupplyManager login to participate. Government, Health Systems, and Patient Home Delivery accounts are not eligible for the program. Other eligibility restrictions may apply as outlined in McKesson Choice Rewards Terms & Conditions.
