• The following BV markers are detected: Gardnerella vaginalis (GV), Atopobium vaginae (AV), Bacterial Vaginosis Associated Bacteria-2 (BVAB-2), Megasphaera-1 and Megasphaera-2 (Mega-1 and Mega-2)
• The ATWH Bacterial Vaginosis Detection Kit is intended to be used in combination with ATWH Internal Control Detection Kit
• For use with Real-time PCR system with FAM/HEX/ROX/CY5 fluorescence channels (Atila PowerGene 9600 Plus Real-Time System, Bio-Rad CFX96 Real-Time System, Atila Personal Station Real-Time System (iAMP-PS96) or other compatible instruments)
