Features and Benefits |
- BD IMag™ Streptavidin Particles Plus - DM are magentic nanoparticles that have streptavidin covalently conjugated to their surfaces
- These particles are optimized for positive selection or depletion of leukocyte subpopulations using the BD IMag™ Cell Separation Magnet
- Storage buffer: Aqueous buffered solution containing BSA and ≤0.09% sodium azide
- For Research only
- For Cell Separation, Positive Selection or Depletion of Leukocyte Subpopulations using the BD IMagnet

- The ASI RPR Card Test is a screening test for the sexually transmitted disease, SYPHILIS
- The microparticulate carbon RPR antigen enhances the visual discrimination between reactive and nonreactive results
- There is no hazardous ingredient in concentration of greater than 1%
|
- Enhances antibody reactions
- For Blood typing reactions, enhance Antigen/antibody interactions, increase in speed and sensitivity of detection
|
- Clear, mouse BALB/c X C57BL/6 IgG1, κ isotype, human (QC testing) reactivity, KG-1a cell line immunogen, phosphate buffered saline with gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide storage buffer
- PE Format, blue 488 nm, green 532 nm, yellow/green 561 nm excitation source, 496 nm excitation max, 578 nm emission max
- For Flow Cytometry Applications

- Can be used for lysing red blood cells and for fixing leukocytes in one step, allowing investigators to rapidly inactivate kinases, phosphatases and/or proteases, so that the in vivo phosphorylation state of the cell can be examined
- Has been reported to preserve the light scattering properties of the cell
- May be used on human and mouse whole blood
- Whole blood lysis has been shown to be as effective as density gradient centrifugation in the preparation of PBMCs for lymphocyte subset analysis
- In many cases, phospho-specific antibodies may be used simultaneously with the staining of cell surface markers (e.g. CD markers); however, not all cell surface markers, however, are compatible with the BD Phosflow Lyse/Fix Buffer
