OneTrack® is a web-based platform that acts as a single source to manage all your equipment needs and provides a direct line of communication between you and your McKesson Biomedical Solutions™ team. OneTrack® houses compliance and service documentation, saving you time by helping you manage your equipment seamlessly.

Our inventory includes 70,000 devices across 125 different device models, available for short or longterm rental or purchase.
Our core rental and service categories include infusion devices (ambulatory, large volume and syringe), enteral devices, ventilators and other respiratory devices.
McKesson’s ISO-certified service centers provide preventative maintenance and service repairs on customer-owned equipment, including warranty claims and recalls.
Digital tools like OneTrack® allow you to access real-time data with equipment analytics, reports, and business insights. Plus, OneTrack® allows you to manage accreditation standards, laws, and regulatory requirements with easy access to documentation about equipment repair, maintenance, and location.

Rentals or service requests can be initiated through OneTrack®, through the McKesson Biomedical Solutions™ Portal or through our Biomedical Solutions Customer Service Department.

Yes. Using the OneTrack® digital platform or McKesson’s Biomed Portal for online requests, customers can:
• Place rental orders online for infusion devices, enteral devices, ventilators and other respiratory
equipment
• Easily view all devices on rent and preventative maintenance (PM) due date
• Submit service requests for equipment preventative maintenance and repair
• View and track status of service requests
• Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for preventative maintenance, service and rental returns

McKesson Biomedical Solutions has a national network of biomedical service centers to help us provide fast turnaround times on service and maintenance repairs. Our technicians are trained to provide preventative maintenance and service repairs on customer-owned equipment, including warranty service, repairs and recalls.

McKesson Biomedical Solutions™ offers an average 5-day turnaround time on preventative maintenance and an average 10-day turnaround on device repairs. Repair times may be extended if the device must be sent to the manufacturer.
