You need access to data and reports to help run your business efficiently. Now it's easier than ever to get them when and where you want them. Our reports can help your business in many ways, whether it's controlling spend and inventory, selecting backorder alternatives or identifying non compliant ordering and savings opportunities all in a new and easier to use format. Let's look at how to create, download and save reports and how to schedule reporting to help save you even more time. You can get to your reports dashboard by clicking reports. Then new reports in the navigation bar. If you aren't currently ordering supplies on McKesson's SupplyManager, ask your account manager for a link to run reports any time you need them. Customize your dashboard by using the hide/show toggle add any reports you have hidden by selecting the show hidden reports box. Now let's create a new report, choose which type of report you want to run, click new report and select a date range. You can then export your report to Excel or save it for future access when you open a saved report it automatically updates with new data based on your new date range. You can open saved reports directly from your dashboard or within each report. You can also schedule saved reports for delivery by email. Daily, weekly or monthly. to schedule a report. Simply open it, click schedule report and choose from the frequency options in the drop down menu, then enter your email address and click save. Reports are updated each time you receive them.
