Terms and Conditions: Welcome to McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc.’s (“MMS”) Advantage Club terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all participants of McKesson Advantage Club. Participation in McKesson Advantage Club is governed by these terms and conditions so it is important that you read them. The terms and conditions may change from time to time, so we ask that you periodically review the terms and conditions so that you are aware of the rules that apply to your participation in McKesson Advantage Club. By participating in McKesson Advantage Club, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and any updates to them.

McKESSON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMERS, PROGRAM OFFERINGS, BENEFITS AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND MMS POLICIES AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE.

Establishing an account with McKesson
To participate in McKesson Advantage Club, your business must have an active McKesson customer account. Promotional products may be ordered on SupplyManager, through an account manager or customer service representative. To order promotional products on SupplyManager, you must be a registered user of SupplyManager. You may become a user of SupplyManager by following the instructions on the “Register Here” page located on the SupplyManager home page (https://mms.mckesson.com).

Membership eligibility

  • McKesson will have the sole discretion to determine which customers are eligible to participate in McKesson Advantage Club. Only customers that are primary care healthcare providers, as determined by McKesson in its sole discretion, will be eligible to participate. Eligibility will be at both the Bill-to-Account and Ship-to Location level. If a Ship-to Location is eligible, then associated Bill-to locations will be eligible and enrolled in McKesson Advantage Club. If a Bill-to Location is eligible, then the associated Ship-to Locations shall be eligible to participate and enrolled in McKesson Advantage Club.
  • McKesson reserves the right to un-enroll any Bill-to Account or Ship-to Location from McKesson Advantage Club at any time without notice.
  • We ask that you verify your McKesson Advantage Club profile information periodically for accuracy.
  • We ask that you access your SupplyManager account page periodically for updates, reporting and disclosure statements.
  • All product purchases are subject to McKesson’s standard terms of sale.
  • You can ask to be removed from McKesson Advantage Club at any time by notifying your local account manager, customer service representative or by sending an e-mail to AdvantageClub@McKesson.com.
  • You will still be required to report any discounts received while a member.

Promotions

  • McKesson reserves the right to add, remove or substitute promotions from time to time or without notice.

DISCLOSURE; DISCOUNTS
By enrolling in McKesson Advantage Club you may earn discounts. Additional information regarding these discounts may be provided to you on your SupplyManager account page or in separate mailings to you, including products and promotional items. (collectively, “Savings Statements”). You have an obligation to comply with the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the statutory exception for discounts and the regulatory discount safe harbor, 42 C.F.R. §1001.952(h), with respect to discounts earned hereunder, and you must facilitate accurate cost and price reporting relating to discounts.

  • The McKesson Advantage Club Savings Statement will list the items and value of the discounts you have received through the program. Use the invoices as well as the McKesson Advantage Club Savings Statement to determine your true net costs/discounts on products purchased. Refer to the promotional dates on the McKesson Advantage Club Savings Statement to determine which invoices to use in the calculation.
  • You may obtain additional copies of invoices by asking your McKesson account manager or customer service representative. Savings through McKesson Advantage Club are reductions in price for items purchased.
  • This notice and any similar notice provided by McKesson with respect to discounts received is to be retained by the McKesson Advantage Club member and be made available upon request to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”), the Secretary’s designee, or a state health care program. This record retention obligation applies to both cost reporting members and non-cost reporting members.
  • To request a copy of the McKesson Advantage Club Savings Statement at any time, please contact your local McKesson account manager or customer service representative. A copy may also be obtained by e-mailing a request including your account number and time period requested to AdvantageClub@McKesson.com. In the subject line, please add “McKesson Advantage Club Savings Statement Request”.
  • Please note that health care providers who file cost reports must also disclose all discounts received through membership in McKesson Advantage Club. Federal regulations regarding reimbursement of health care costs require that certain discounts be reported and passed on to federal and state Healthcare programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid. Facility shall be responsible for determining whether the savings it received must be reported or passed on to payors.
