Features

• One on-site service visit by a Laerdal Field Service Engineer per year
• Full refurbishment or replacement of all consumables and pad sets
• Refurbishment or skin and/or veins on IV Arm
• Product cleaning
• Laerdal software upgrades to the latest version, if applicable
• Manikin software updates, if applicable
• Final test and inspection of manikin
• Documentation of findings and further recommendations
• If the manikin needs any repair, the engineer will facilitate it's return to Laerdal Service Center
