• When adhering to CTL’s protocols, CTL-Cryo™ Media ensures >90 viability (typically >95%) of PBMC after thawing, and a recovery rate of >70% (up to 95%)
• The media has been designed to ensure unimpaired PBMC function in T cell cytokine recall assays, such as ELISPOT, ELISA, CBA, protein arrays, and cytokine capture assays
