Instant heat therapy without hot water or electricity
Activate the compress by gently flexing the disk within the pad back and forth until pad starts to crystalize
Pack remains hot for at least 30 minutes
Pad will heat to approximately 130°F
To recharge the compress, boil it for approximately 10 minutes
