• This tightly woven mesh is prepared from uncoated, undyed fiber identical in composition to that used in VICRYL™ (polyglactin 910) synthetic absorbable suture
• VICRYL™ woven mesh is inteded for use as a buttress to provide temporary support during the healing process
• Polyglactin 910 has been found to be inert, nonantigenic, nonpyrogenic and to elicit only a mild tissue reaction during absorption
