• The iAMP® Bacterial Vaginosis Detection Kit is a real-time fluorescent isothermal PCR assay based on Atila’s proprietary isothermal amplification technology intended for the qualitative detection of DNA targets from bacteria associated with bacterial vaginosis (BV) in vaginal swab samples from symptomatic individuals
• The following BV markers are detected: Gardnerella vaginalis (GV), Atopobium vaginae (AV), Bacterial Vaginosis Associated Bacteria-2 (BVAB-2), Megasphaera-1 and Megasphaera-2 (Mega-1 and Mega-2)
• The iAMP® Bacterial Vaginosis Detection Kit is a real-time fluorescent reverse transcription isothermal PCR test; the test is based on a proprietary isothermal amplification technology termed OMEGA amplification
• Kit components: Prepacked Reaction Tube Strips, PCR Tube Caps, 20X Sample Buffer, Positive Control, Negative Control, IFU
