• Rehydrating fluid is built into the Kwik-Stik unit
• These microorganisms are reference stock cultures that have been derived from reference cultucollections such as American Type Culture Collection
• To use, simply crush the rehydrating ampule, mix, remove swab, and inoculate the agar plate
• Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, and complete instructions

• Growth Time: 24 to 48 hours
• Note: Streptococcus will also recover well on Columbia CNA Agar with 5% Sheep Blood
• Note: Growth of some species such as Streptococcus, Arcanobacterium and Trueperella is enhanced by enrichment of the incubation atmosphere with carbon dioxide
• Note: 5% carbon dioxide is recommended for the culture of Streptococcus pneumoniae and other streptococcal species of the viridans group
