• EZTest EO is ideal for in-office validation and monitoring of Ethylene Oxide sterilizers and has the same ease of use and indications as ProSpore
• It consists of a paper disc carrier containing Bacillus atrophaeus spores
• The disc is inclosed in a plastic tube along with a glass vial containing media for growing the bacterial spores
• Bromothymol blue has been added to assist in detecting spore growth
• The outgrowth of spores increases pH, causing a color change from green to yellow
• Recommended incubation time is 48 hours
