McKesson SupplyManager℠ Training

We are excited to introduce you to SupplyManager, your new online ordering platform. SupplyManager will replace www.fcms.com and help you access and manage product ordering and reporting information, becoming your one-stop online shop for purchasing medical supplies.

Do I use my www.fcms.com login and password to log into McKesson SupplyManager℠?
Yes. Initially, you will sign into www.fcms.com and you will receive a notification that your account has been converted. Then, you will be asked to create a new user ID and password for SupplyManager.

Will my Supply Lists, Formulary, and Saved Carts from www.fcms.com be transferred to McKesson SupplyManager℠?
Yes. Once logged into  SupplyManager, these can be found under “Lists” with the same names that you had previously assigned to them.

Will the item numbers I use to order products change?
Yes. SupplyManager will make it easy to find your First Choice item numbers. Simply enter the First Choice item number into the search field and SupplyManager will display the cross-referenced McKesson item.

Will I be able to see if the product I want is available?
Yes. You will be able to see the item stock status for each item in the catalog and in your shopping lists and cart. Once you add the item to your cart, SupplyManager will notify you if there are any items that may be delayed or ship from another distribution center.

Can I still access the same products?
You will be able to access many of the products you purchase today. McKesson Medical-Surgical offers you access to over 200,000 products, including an extensive offering of quality McKesson Brands products and generic Rx.

My software system connects to First Choice for ordering data. How will this change impact me?
We will work with each customer to update connectivity prior to the transition. Please reach out to your Account Manager with any questions.

Will my www.fcms.com order history be available on McKesson SupplyManager℠?
Products you’ve ordered within the last 90 days at First Choice will be visible via a Re-Order Guide in SupplyManager.
